Cielo, the world’s leading strategic Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner, has been named as one of Milwaukee’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® by the National Association for Business Resources. This marks the third consecutive year Cielo has won this award, which honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment.

Thousands of companies across Milwaukee submitted entries for consideration. An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry, based on various categories. The categories in which Cielo ranked high compared to other participating companies include:

This honor comes on the heels of an unprecedented year for organizations in Milwaukee and worldwide, as companies quickly adjusted to the challenges brought on by the pandemic. Last year, Cielo’s People & Culture team worked hard to balance the needs of the business with the wellbeing of their people – launching the Cielo Employee Fund to help employees facing financial burdens, using thoughtful and relevant conversations to advance Cielo’s progress in diversity, equity and inclusion, and more.
