No. 1 RPO in EMEA: Cielo earns top spot in HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen

London – Global talent acquisition partner Cielo has retained its top ranking as the overall Recruitment Process Outsourcing leader across Europe, the Middle East and Africa on the 2022 HRO Today’s RPO Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings.

Securing the No. 1 spot again as the overall RPO Leader in EMEA demonstrates Cielo’s dedication and success in delivering innovative, sector-led thinking and customer-centric solutions. Cielo is also top of the list in Quality of Service in the EMEA category, and No. 1 in Breadth of Service in the Global category.

About the rankings

HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen rankings are based solely on feedback from buyers of the rated services; the ratings are not based on the opinion of the HRO Today staff. We collect feedback annually through an online survey. In order to determine an overall ranking, we analyze results across three subcategories: service breadth, deal sizes, and quality. Using a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance, we calculate scores in all three subcategories as well as an overall score. The rankings are based on those scores. While we do not claim that our methodology is the only viable ratings program available, we vouch for its statistical validity.
