PHILADELPHIA, PA – Cielo, the world’s leading strategic Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider, and Tufts Medical Center (Tufts MC) won the 2021 HRO Today Association North America Business Partnership Excellence Award. This marks the third consecutive year that Cielo partnerships have achieved this honor, which recognizes advancements in HR and TA strategies in North America.
Tufts MC is an internationally known academic hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, that provides world-class care to the region’s sickest patients. To attract and retain the best medical talent in the city’s highly competitive market, Tufts MC brought Cielo on as its RPO partner in 2020. In just one year, and amid the ongoing challenges caused by the pandemic, they together created a successful new recruitment strategy leveraging people, process and technology to deliver top medical talent and build a lasting talent pipeline.

- Increasing hiring manager satisfaction to 93%
- Decreasing the number of open medical assistant positions by 84%
