Earlier this year Dialog were looking to grow their business within a new specialist area that required filling a number of niche advanced engineering positions. Following extensive research and market mapping and acknowledging the niche skillset that Dialog were looking for, it was essential that the team targeted specific skillsets available globally. Cielo utilized their global teams to ensure both candidate and stakeholder experience was exemplary. Roles were offered to candidates based in Germany, India, Russia and Brazil. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Dialog offered a remote start in the candidate’s home countries so that work could begin rapidly.
