BROOKFIELD, WI – Global talent acquisition partner Cielo has been named a 2023 Top Workplace in Milwaukee & Southeast Wisconsin by employee engagement technology partner Energage. This is the third year in a row the organization has received the honor as one of 160 companies that made the list.
Top Workplace’s research partner Energage, a leading supplier of technology-based employee engagement products, performed a third-party survey to obtain employee feedback, and the results were used to determine the list of winners. The poll tracks 15 factors that are essential to an organization's performance, including alignment, execution, and connection.
Cielo has also been recognized in all five of the following categories for the Culture Excellence Awards Top Workplaces USA 2023:

- Work-life Flexibility
- Purpose and Values
This comes after Cielo ranked No. 74 in the Top 100 Top Workplaces in the country back in February. These awards look at the top players in the industry and review their cultures of excellence, and only those that meet and exceed the Top Workplaces benchmark are considered for the USA recognition.
