Cielo client Sanofi wins APAC candidate experience award

BROOKFIELD, WI – Sanofi, the global life sciences company and client of Cielo, the world’s leading strategic Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner, was recently named winner of the 2019 APAC Candidate Experience (CandE) Award by Talent Board, a non-profit organization focused on candidate experience research.

A Sanofi statement read: “Great candidate experience is the core of success in recruiting and hiring to any organization, including us. This award reflects Sanofi’s commitment to making the recruitment process a meaningful journey for candidates. We are truly thankful and appreciative to the selection committee and responding candidates for recognizing these efforts.”

Sanofi job applicants were surveyed based on their satisfaction with the application and interview process. Talent Board analyzed the results and determined the Sanofi scores exceeded the set standard to earn the annual award.

In 2018, Sanofi partnered with Cielo to build and deliver a standardized RPO solution including people, process, technology and brand expertise, to cover nine countries in South East Asia and Hong Kong/Taiwan. The team’s approach focuses on recruiting for Sanofi roles across a range of specialties, including marketing, finance, medical sales, shared services, and chemical technicians.

Along with the 31 other recipients of CandE Awards including 14 in APAC, Sanofi will be recognized at a gala event this spring.
