Having spent more than thirty years developing and deploying workforce solutions in labor markets throughout the world, John is a recognized thought leader and practitioner in the evolving world of work. As a champion for responsible behavior and cross-industry collaboration in the evolving world of work, he established the taskforce on digitalization at the World Employment Confederation. After a distinguished career in the staffing industry, John made a purpose driven shift from a traditional employment model to one that prioritizes managing a portfolio of responsibilities.
Today as the Chief Exec at Whrrr.work, John is
- an independent workforce strategy advisor to Global 2000 businesses, investment firms, and workforce solution and technology ventures,
- an Expert in Residence at Open Assembly, CWI, Quintessence Finances, and Xpheno, and
- the President of the Velocity Charitable Foundation.
John is a life-long learner, with passion in areas ranging from workforce ecosystems, open innovation, consumer behaviors, people analytics, and the role of education in achieving human agility.
