As a subsidiary of Imperial Brands, Fontem, didn’t have its own careers website. This was a clear barrier to attracting talent and showcasing career opportunities for all employees. Fontem needed to develop its own careers site – separate from Imperial – and position the consumer-focused company in a way that would excite and inspire candidates.
Solutions
The Cielo employer brand consulting team worked directly with the client and onsite team to design, develop and build a smart website directly on the Clinch platform that’s dedicated to career opportunities with Fontem. The website gave Fontem a place to house its own careers content and educate and inspire candidates on its employee proposition. The website was integrated with the client’s ATS and ensured its brand integrity was protected.
Results
Cielo's Consulting team offered this solution that gave Fontem a fully branded platform to advertise roles and engage candidates. The website was also extended beyond its initial infrastructure to include a dedicated graduate page. There’re now plans to build upon what’s currently in place to include richer content such as employee videos and gamification.
