Challenges
Growing needs for a growing network
Froedtert Health faced significant recruitment challenges due to ongoing expansion of the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network and knew it needed help to ensure continued delivery of quality care to patients.
Froedtert Health chose Cielo to perform a talent acquisition assessment. The goal was to capture a holistic view of Froedtert Health's processes and to provide recommendations for critical areas of improvement. Together Froedtert Health and Cielo formed a strong partnership of mutual trust and shared values, creating the opportunity to take the assessment from recommendations to reality.
Solutions
Bright solutions with enterprise RPO
In 2016, Froedtert Health started an enterprise Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partnership with Cielo. They set goals that included strategically enhancing the talent acquisition function, ensuring strong compliance and governance, improving service levels to hiring leaders, and optimizing the candidate experience for both internal and external talent.
“I came to Froedtert Health about six months into the partnership with Cielo, and I had no real experience with RPO and wasn’t sure if I believed in it. But seeing the results that Cielo has produced for us, and the great experience of working with them as a true partner, I’m now a believer. Cielo is essential to our recruiting efforts, and we wouldn’t have such big visions for the future without their contributions,” said Eric Humphrey, Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Froedtert Health.
