Cielo wins HRO today services and technology associations innovation in HR technology award for high volume RPO solution

BROOKFIELD, WI – Cielo, the world’s leading strategic Recruitment Process Outsourcing provider, announced today that its High Volume RPO solution has won this year’s Innovation in HR Technology award from the HRO Today Services and Technology Association for North America.

With over 50% of all U.S. workers – more than 79 million employees – being paid hourly, Cielo recognized that organizations needed help improving their hourly hiring process. It launched High Volume RPO in late 2017, offering businesses who hire thousands of hourly employees a year a service-enabled technology that combines artificial intelligence and dedicated live support for job candidates and hiring managers. The solution uses technology created by Talentify, a talent acquisition tech company that Cielo has made a major investment in.
