Our people

People oriented. Business focused.

We’re in the people business in a corporate world. We pair people with opportunities that match their passions. Far more than just recruiters, we’re innovators and problem solvers. We partner with clients to illuminate the talent that moves their business forward. People are at the heart of our organization, those who work here, the clients we work for, and the talent we find to work for you.

How Cielo supports our employees

Focusing on people allows us to be a best-in-class employer.

No role is small or insignificant at Cielo. You may be joining our leadership team. You may be getting your very first job. To us, it makes no difference: Your voice will be heard, your work will be recognized, and your ideas will be valued.

Another way we respect our employees is by offering growth opportunities. Cielo’s a place where you can step up and create your future – and help make ours brighter along the way. We apply these values to all employees.

We believe in the benefits of diversity, and we develop diverse and inclusive teams for our clients and colleagues.

Cielo volunteers

To kickstart your career as a recruiter at Cielo, we take you through an in-depth six-week course that’ll set you up for success. It’s designed for associate recruiters. And it’s 100% virtual and 100% paid.

At the end of this course, you’ll officially be a recruiter at Cielo. You’ll be matched with a Cielo client team, so you can apply your new skills across the recruiting cycle, from resume review to candidate selection.

Cielo University doesn’t stop there. Other Cielo University Programs include:

  • Learn to be a talent partner
  • Learn to be an industry expert
  • Leadership development
  • Sourcing programs

At Cielo, we take pride in taking care of each other. Our employee fund is designed to assist eligible employees with certain financial needs due to natural disasters, illnesses, accidents, loss and more. All applications are processed through a third-party administrator to ensure anonymity and confidentiality. We’re a community that cares for one another.

Better experiences for all start with equal opportunities for all. And our ED&I Review Board makes sure everyone gets the chance to shine by:

  • Creating internal advocates for initiatives
  • Bringing voices together to solve common challenges
  • Driving momentum behind Cielo’s ED&I approach
  • Giving our people a voice in vital solutions
  • Recognizing employees’ experiences and promoting growth
  • Co-designing parts of the ED&I strategy
  • Driving employee-generated thought leadership
  • Proactively generating new topics to discuss
  • Embedding regional champions to share successes and lessons

Families & Carers
We're building a united community of parents, caregivers and supporters across Cielo. This group champions work-life balance and embraces the power of family.

Mind Over Matter
Raising awareness, reducing stigma and opening the conversation about mental health. Together with fellow employees, members can share their stories and offer support through life’s ups and downs.

Protect, Serve & Support
Serving our military community members, first responders, their families and our clients with veteran initiatives through consultation, recruitment and education. As a result – we’re becoming a sector expert in veteran hiring and increasing our total TA footprint.

Interfaith
In this initiative, faith is highlighted to cultivate purpose, ethics, resilience and camaraderie among employees. We’re fostering a supportive community that thrives in a remote work setting.

Pride & Allies
This group’s mission is to promote tolerance, acceptance and inclusion throughout the organization and community. We provide a safe, supportive space for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning and allied individuals to join us in a non-judgmental environment. Together our team will increase awareness, share resources, collaborate, create alliances and decrease prejudices.

Cielo closes shop worldwide for our Global Day Away. No work, no obligations, no meetings. It’s our way of saying thank you to our employees for their hard work and dedication.

Our recognition program is designed to celebrate each team member’s contributions in a way that’s meaningful to them and only them. We ask employees to bring their whole selves to work, and we don’t forget that request when it comes to rewarding valuable effort. With the gift of extra time, recipients can pick how to celebrate personal career milestones at Cielo.
